Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at xxxgk@foxmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the appropriate return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at xxxgk@foxmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, altered, or returned with odors, pet hair, or missing tags. Customized or personalized items are also not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after delivery for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
